Lauren BOWER
fOUNDER
Founder of Horizon Seven, I'm leveraging my many years of sourcing experience and combining it with my passion for delivering results in a fun, energetic and world class team. I'm proud to be working with the buyer and supplier communities using the unique sourcing methodologies designed from my many years of research in the outsourcing space combined with my extensive and current market experience.
My experience in the sourcing industry includes CEO of a sourcing advisory firm, working across Europe with clients and suppliers, designing and delivering sourcing solutions.
As part of this I identified the opportunity to work with the supplier market, growing a real appreciation for the inner workings of technology providers and how to help them to be successful.
Before that my buy-side Technology Director experience at OCS, (a global facilities management company) and National Trust (Europe's largest conservation charity) centered around building effective technology teams and delivering technology transformation. In both cases I heavily relied on outsourcing to deliver and transform technology.

I have over 25 years’ experience in global technology services, sourcing solution delivery and transformational IT projects, with a specific focus on Data Centre, Public Clous and SaaS. I’ve worked on a wide variety of sourcing programmes, both buyer and supplier side, including sourcing strategy and design, procurement, bid strategy and preparation, transition, transformation, contract drafting, commercial analysis and negotiations.
Prior to joining Horizon Seven in 2021, I held various leadership roles in technology companies, running both Client Engagement, Commercial / Legal and Bid Management teams.
My passion is working as part of a team to drive positive change, results and innovation via technology and people. During my time at Horizon Seven, I have made it my personal mission to enable the team and our clients to achieve their desired outcomes and have fun. Our ongoing NPS scores of 9 and above tell us that we are successful in doing that!
I met Lauren five years ago, as a supplier on an Agile Sourcing project she was running for a client……I knew then, I had to be part of the Horizon Seven team!
