As Founder of Horizon Seven, Lauren has leveraged her many years of sourcing experience and combined them with her passion for delivering results supported by a world-class team. Using her PHD research into sourcing relatioships she has developed and trademarked S-FAST®, the industry's only Standard for Agile Sourcing of Technology.
Launched just 7 years' ago, Horizon Seven has now become the leading technology sourcing and procurement consultancy and continues to delight clients and deliver outstanding outcomes across many sectors.

Melanie is a leader in agile procurement, collaborative sourcing and technology‑services delivery. Her strengths include commercial and legal negotiation, sourcing‑strategy design, procurement innovation and fostering high‑performing, change‑driven teams.
She is passionate about working as a team to drive positive change, results for Horizon Seven's clients and innovation for the industry- all whilst having a lot of fun!

Rob Weaver
Rob combines deep operational IT knowledge with strong commercial, procurement and vendor‑management capability. His core strengths include IT procurement strategy, software‑asset management, global service operations, contract governance and effective stakeholder communication, translating complex technology into clear business outcomes.
Rob has an eye for detail and is a strong communicator with the ability to translate the technical jargon into clear and plain business English.

Diane Fearon
Di is fluent in the Horizon Seven S-FAST processes and considers herself an Agile Sourcing SME. She excels in issue resolution and ensuring service readiness through clear KPIs, metrics and structured governance.
Di's strengths lie within supplier relationship management and her ability to turn transform business requirements into positive outcomes contractually. She focuses on collaborative working, working hard understand challenges from both perspectives and uniting stakeholders for resolution.
