Di is fluent in the Horizon Seven S-FAST processes and considers herself an Agile Sourcing SME. She excels in issue resolution and ensuring service readiness through clear KPIs, metrics and structured governance.

Richard brings a thoughtful, people centred approach to his role as our Finance and People Manager, combining precision in process with an approachable, collaborative style. Richard’s professional background shaped significantly by his time at the National Trust, where he developed a strong foundation in organisational stewardship and an appreciation for how culture, communication, and clarity support a thriving organisation.

She revels in the challenge of delivering clarity and simplicity to a complex contract negotiations and she is motivated by ethical leadership, collaborative problem‑solving, and empowering teams through training and development.

Heidi is an experienced senior relationship and partnerships manager with experience across corporate and third‑sector environments. She excells in service delivery, corporate partnerships and account management.
